Maybe they just need more tax money or regulation (or both) to "solve" this "problem"?

It's for the children and the whales, Frank. We can do it!

Instead of paying the scientists to say global warming is real, maybe they'll pay them to say it isn't. They'll soon come up with all kinds of new data proving their old theories were wrong.

Data doesn't lie. It can't; it's objective. (Personally, I think we're already screwed when it comes to climate change; this just accelerates the timeline.)

And yes, the next four years are going to be interminably long.

Try looking into the science of it sometime. It might be very illuminating.
Hey, slick, the climate is going to change regardless of what humans do.

Maybe climate change will kill all humans by Inauguration Day?

Now that would be convenient for all!

I heard about peak oil in 1968. I was taught we only had 50 years of oil left. That was 48 years ago. Now we only have two years left. We can't do much more damage in two years.

What am I doing about it? As much as I can by recycling, not leaving lights on unnecessarily, etc. The real effort needs to come from big businesses, and they're not motivated to change - at least not yet.
