If, by 'they', you mean universities that have buckled to crybabies and allowed the bullying of conservatives, I agree.
If you mean liberals in general, however, I have to disagree. That won't accomplish anything, and people need to remember who they are, and not lower themselves to mimic the behavior of the worst elements on either side, whether liberal or conservative. I, for one, don't want to look like the idiots who are either 'goading and in your face' or 'whining about the injustice of it all'.
We're better than that. And if we aren't, we should at least pretend to be, for the good of the country.

Ok, so I watched the video. Obviously "they" = liberals, and "us" = conservatives. But I noticed that the video is almost purely for entertainment. The speaker is essentially a right-wing comedian. He is great at making vague accusations and claims without offering any specifics, or examples, or evidence. I have found this to be the general approach of the vast majority of conservatives. Pile on accusations and name-calling without even trying to give specific details or evidence. I suspect that this is what you mean by being "bullied' in academia. Academics insist upon specific details, evidence, and logical argumentation. Anyone wishing to get published in academia will quickly realize that the editors of academic publications are not impressed by vagueness and name-calling.
He says he is just a catalyst to motivate and gain attention for people who have been overrun, their voices have been ignored for a long time. He gets the attention and people like those students move from there to do the work. No one needs to cite examples of the extreme left in academia, they live it every day, and the left is very vocal and proud of stifling the voice of the right to thrust their ideas as the only correct ideas.
