The Japanese have to do some thinking on their own, since it's not planned out. This is good. All these politicians across the world don't know how to act without someone thinking for them.

The rest of the world has been out-thinking us for some time. Take advantage of our rediculous trade laws. Take advantage of our free (to them) military support. Take advantage of our Treasury offerings that are used to prop up our debt. Take advantage of our international mishaps to turn the world against us. Etc.
Maybe WE should start thinking. And we will starting Jan. 20.
Forget about rest of the world. Save yourself. Fix economy, education, healthcare, crime, debt, borders & security. When all your issues are fixed in next 10-20yrs, then maybe think about helping others & brainstorming international issues. All these rioting idiots & laughable elections make us look like backward third world countries with zero control & not the first world super power we used to be. So get off your high horse & start fixing this mess at home. Spend all your money, resources & energy in cleaning up our domestic issues.
