POTUS has been beating on China on twitter and must have not liked the number of response's. So this morning he starts on Health Care again.
What kind of POTUS thinks that negotiating with a foreign power over twitter rather then through State Dept. works. This is not some condo closing on a golf course.
POTUS is trying to keep Russian problem of himself and entire family out of the news. It just keeps coming back.
POTUS sent his Sec. of Health out and spread the word that he is a sore loser. POTUS trying to do to the American public what he tried to do to the Senate. He is threatening large numbers of Americans Health Care by not following the LAW.
That's right the POTUS is threatening to break the LAW.

The State Department seems to be lacking the resources to deal with China. Much like several other government departments, it's severely understaffed because the White House is in disarray. I would also believe it's difficult to attract talent due uncertainty surrounding Trump with the Mueller Investigation.
So, we're stuck in a banana republic-like state in which our Commander in Chief tweets diplomacy and major policy changes for MSM to broadcast.
