Trump's attorneys are as nutty as he is.

POTUS said "We love everybody". Well we can chalk up another. He has shown us that the line is not true.

Of course, today it's "We love DACA", and "Everybody"...though it's not what had been said previously.

This guy...

He has been a faking others out all along.

And how could he have ever had positive associations? He chose ones from the swamp to work closely with him and we've seen what happened and if others felt he might be capable initially, they have since found out otherwise.

Agree. Additionally, if so, he's attempted to hide or distract for literally decades.

Also ironic in that if the "more debt, less cash, desperate" part ends up being, or is revealed to be accurate, Mr. Trump is likely to have more in common with most American people in the present day.

Quite the 'mixed message' he appears to be sending.

Not to mention, the Walter Scott quote he's rather superbly acting out:

"O, what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive!"

This must be a nightmare for Trump.

His administration is a fiasco with people coming and going on six inch centers, disagreeing with each other in public, announcing that Trump speaks for himself, ...

Health care is a mess and not getting any better.

Lying Ted and the Texas Republicans who carried on endlessly about government regulations, programs, and spending (they are not in favor of any) are now calling for the federal government to bail them out of their troubles.

This is no time to be bailing out a bunch of "losers" in the climate change game. Within days now we will reach our $20 trillion credit limit.

Tax reform, budget, debt ceiling, ..., Republicans have been calling for spending cuts for years. It is put up or shut up time.

This is where Trump should shine, right? He's the big businessman. Knows how to renegotiate deals and all. The pressure's on.

Then there is the whole Russian investigation.

Trump's usual M.O. is to throw in the towel when things get tough. Get a mistress. Go bankrupt. Settle a losing lawsuit.

However, if he throws in the towel on this POTUS business, he loses any power to protect his family, and perhaps even himself.

He also suffers significant financial losses.

As it stands, the only properties that are attracting customers are those that offer access to Trump. DC hotel doing well. Ditto Mar-A-Lago. Others, not so much.

Price of Trump condos has dropped and sales to shell companies gone up.

Investor confidence appears to be waning. Perhaps the knowledge that any financial dealings with the Trump organization will be investigated for fraud has had an impact. Who knows?

But shell company or not, anyone with shady money is going to think twice before getting involved with a Trump project.

Reluctant customers and wary investors is a poor combination.

That's true. His kids are involved in this.

Bernie Madoff had the good sense to leave his sons out of it. For all the good it did them.
