He is that HE Trump or Cohen??has a lawsuit brought against him now for libel, I think.

So he may be trying to stop the next dozen or so.
Someone suggested it might be about her having an abortion
And she might have paternity/medical proof
But if it was that, wouldn't she likely have had something like NDA or payoff at that time???after it was over???
Not before the election?
The timing seems wrong in some way

I'm wondering if it just took her a while to figure out she was sitting on a gold mine.

Still wondering why Trump is working so hard to keep her story under wraps. Everyone knows he's a philanderer. Surely, even Melania wasn't surprised about that.

Let her tell her story. Who cares?

her lawyer hinted that would be answered in her "60minutes" interview.

Avenatti is way smarter than Trump or his lawyers - but does he have the will? Thought I sensed a bit of a waver the other night. Hope I'm wrong.
Watched his interview with Joy Reid. He stated he had been up against some top legal teams and prevailed. He seemed confident it was playing a winning hand.

Not only did Trump not use his own name or even sign Dennison on the document, each page is initialed with E.C., the initials of the shell company Cohen set up.

Apparently, Trump's attorneys are maneuvering to get this out of court and into arbitration. Not sure that is going to work. But we'll see.

The reason for Trump's recent twitter rants, firing McCabe, etc. might be contained in a recent NYT's article by Michael Schmidt and Maggie Habberman.

"The president’s tweets, posted on a Saturday in which he remained inside the White House with no public schedule, came as Mr. Mueller is said to have sent questions to Mr. Trump’s legal team as part of negotiations over an interview with the president. Mr. Mueller is seeking the interview, according to two people close to the White House, in order to ask follow-up questions, but put forward the list as a start."

Well that would explain why POTUS is afraid to go in front of Mueller. Those of us who put out warnings about Trump being a crook and con man knew of his history. We will all be surprised just how deep his history is.

Trump has a long history of fraud.

He has cheated investors, contractors, condo buyers, ... to the point that I'm surprised anyone will do business with him any more.

There's a good chance that once he has left the WH and has no more favors to dispense, his business organization will collapse.

Right now with Mueller and state AG's taking a hard look at money laundering, his Russian mafia and drug cartel money may be drying up. Then what?
