Honey oil approaching high 90's in thc... sure thats innocent.. like drinking white lightning
Yet, no deaths, or overdoses. Very UNLIKE white lightning, which by the way, will make you vomit after a single nights over consumption, whereas your condition in the OP is after DECADES of use.

These are the same people who then use or go on to use in addictive amounts and end up with the weird conditions or disease processes from cannabis overuse.

As is the norm, lots of O-P-I-N-I-O-N, unsupported by credible, factual sources.
Although here in Cali its supposed to be certified....because unscrupulous growers will spray all sorts of stuff on their product..
Most weed is gmo now... potheads like to tell you otherwise but most strains are hybridized and modified... and extracts use toxic chemicals.. even thoguh again users tout how pure stuff is
Yum chemicals
But hey its touted as organic yada yada yada
Obviously tainted products ingested into the human body add to the already deleterious effects of a drug on humans
I cant say this is the first order of business regardless of what the mission statement says.. its not my purview anyway.. but there are Dept of Ag and Consumer affairs folks dealing with it..
I have seen it tried and it has never worked. Not once.
It does make the family and friends at least feel they tried. So it's a placebo in that way.
Saying it is no worse than oxy is hardly a positive. Like all the potheads who say it is no worse than booze.
I'd have to see the results. Sorry I'm not buying it. The placebo is for the benefit of the patient not the family.
And yes pot isn't anywhere as bad as alcohol or opiates for the reasons I mentioned earlier.
Hell obesity is killing more people than pot.
I honestly don't really care for the stuff personally, but I see no real benefit of keeping the plant illegal. I think we're wasting resources in keeping in illegal.

People have tomato plants. Why not just allow people to have a pot plant?
Does it really matter that much? Consumer beware. If you grow your own stuff, you don't have to worry about any lacing, pesticides, etc.
If society is so worried about it, continue to drug test. People need to work still. You won't see a walking dead episode playing out in real life or anything.
In reality, most people would stop doing it as it'd lose its luster.
Less people would be in jail on the taxpayer's dime. You could still make it illegal to smoke it in public.
They just need to legalize it already and move on to more important issues. IMO
