Will President Trump's Tax Cut and Spend Fiscal Policy Revive the Tea Party?
The original TEA party was put together to protest GOP reckless spending and bail-out tsunami, but later it was hijacked by the Republican party itself. The current Tea Party care only about spending when Democrats are in power.

They have been dormant because GOP has been in control of the purse strings for years now.

You won't hear a peep. The Tea Party was always more about bigotry over a black president than about fiscal restraint.

Yes Tea Party should be happy, reduce taxes and increase spending, where have we heard this song before

I guess worries about the federal deficit are out the window, tax cuts will spur the economy. Prosperity will trickle down the food chain and we will live happily ever after.

Republicans have been very good about pushing sound bytes to their base while pretty much doing the opposite.

They say they are worried about the deficit and for small government. 2 wars, unnecessary wars, huge tax cuts without any way to pay for them, Patriot Act, TSA, NSA expansion etc...

They are more or less total hypocrites of late. No telling what they'll do. My guess is look to cut medicaid and other low income items to fund tax cuts while simultaneously say it will be not additive to the debt by using creative accounting which uses abnormally high returns from their cuts to the economy. The debt will increase massively anyway and they'll just whistle and look the other way.

Their main concern will be making abortions harder to get and nullifying protections for gay people.

Deficits? Debt? Those were the Kenyans problem.

Your liar in chief is a piece of filth who has horrible policies. Nothing to do with skin color. The Tea Party started before Obama won the primary.
