I would be surprised if the Clintons plan to move outside of the USA.

But, if they do, and for some reason they wound up in a country without an extradition treaty with the US, that would tell you all you need to know about them.

Now, as to whether Trump should prosecute Clinton: if the FBI investigation into the Clinton Foundation yields some prosecutable offense(s), then yes, the Clintons should be prosecuted.

The 99% are sick and tired of the 1% getting away with breaking the law.

Actually, most countries do not have official extradition treaties with the US, but that doesn't mean they wouldn't comply. Funny enough, China and the US have the oldest extradition treaty. Many countries won't extradite at all.

If I was Hillary, I would get out of here, I would be too embarrassed to be seen in public, losing quite bad electorally after being so cocky about how she was going to win. Even Trump joked at one time saying he would leave for an "extended vacation" if he lost.
