Ok, I am not going to defend Bill Clinton's behavior but unless this person comes out with her story and it is proven - then it is all gossip and rumor. And in the days of the internet, gossip and rumor can be easily turned into propaganda and even outright lies.
In early January of 2015, it was reported by the Daily Mail, then Gawker, and then Newsweek, that Donald Trump was listed among the friends of Jeffrey Epstein.
The address book came from Epstein’s former house manager, Alfredo Rodriguez.
Rodriguez described the address book and the information contained within it as the ‘Holy Grail’ or ‘Golden Nugget’ to unraveling Epstein’s sprawling child-sex network.
He had, according to the FBI affidavit laying out the crime, marked up the book and an accompanying notepad with ‘handwritten notes’ that contained ‘information material to the underlying investigation that would have been extremely useful in investigating and prosecuting the case, including the names and contact information of material witnesses and additional victims.’”
Rodriguez would spend 18 months in prison before he died. He was never able to speak out publicly about the true importance of the names.
About 50 names were circled by Rodriguez, including Donald Trump.

But when FBI investigators looked through Epstein’s private address book, they found 14 different phone numbers for Trump, including numbers for his security guard and houseman.
When put under oath, Epstein admitted that he had “socialized” with Trump.
Epstein chose to exercise his Fifth Amendment rights when asked: “Have you ever socialized with Donald Trump in the presence of females under the age of 18?”

Flight logs show that from 2001 to 2003, Bill Clinton flew on Epstein’s private plane, dubbed “The Lolita Express” by the press, 26 times. After Epstein’s arrest in July 2006, federal tax records show Epstein donated $25,000 to the Clinton Foundation that year.
Epstein was also a regular visitor to Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago, and the two were friends. According to the Daily Mail, Trump was a frequent dinner guest at Epstein’s home, which was often full of barely dressed models. In 2003, New York magazine reported that Trump also attended a dinner party at Epstein’s honoring Bill Clinton.
Trump said Epstein’s self-professed image as a loner, an egghead and a teetotaler was not wholly accurate. “I’ve known Jeff for 15 years,” Trump said. “Terrific guy. He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it — Jeffrey enjoys his social life.”
