Wei-Hock Soon earned more than $1 million publishing erroneous reports
http://www.theverge.com/2015/2/22/80...-wei-hock-soon

Quote:
Wei-Hock Soon, a leading climate change denier whose work has fortified right-wing political arguments for years, was paid more than $1.2 million by energy companies, The New York Times reports. New documents uncovered by Greenpeace via the Freedom of Information Act show that over the last decade, Soon received sizable funding from oil and gas corporations, which he failed to disclose in scientific papers he published.
Never saw this one among others and womder how they tick.

Are climate change shysters still manufacturing data in exchange for grant money? Asking for a friend. By the way, when's the first prediction ever going to come true?

Mars, the planet where the climate changed without man being present? That Mars? Or a different one?

Climate can change without people's interference, therefore it can't change with it? That's quite an extrapolation there

Mars and its climate has no relationship with earth and it's climate....Mars takes 687 days to orbit the sun, and their orbits are quite different....Mars orbit is much more elliptical and is at the moment closer to the sun...At it's closest it is 128 million miles from the sun, and at its farthest, 154 million miles. A difference of 26 million miles, so it heats and cools according to it's distance from the sun.

Earth's closest distance to the sun happens in early January and is 91 million miles. The farthest distance, 94.5 million miles, a difference of 3.5 million miles happens in early July.
