Give up your dough and spread some of YOUR wealth around from your crooked Ponzi schemes. Don't you love these hypocritical scum saying how much they care for Joe Schmo yet they run to their mansions in gated communities

I wish people wouldn't start threads just for their vague rants.

Here, let's put it on track.

President-elect Trump is probably going to cancel an entitlement program or two. Nancy Pelosi and her liberatti will immediately claim that he is killing the poor people or some such nonsense.

Trump could blunt the impact of the left's complaints if, at the same time he announced the termination of a program, he also announced the account number at the Treaury Department to which those who were really concerned about the people could donate money to keep the program afloat. (Pelosi happens to be incredibly weathy.) In fact, he could double down by stating that at the end of every month, Treasury would happily announce how much was donated for each program cancelled - and by whom.

By the third month, donations would melt away like an April snow shower. The monthly Treasury announcement would reflect that. That's when the world would finally realize that the liberals love to 'solve' problems with other people's money, but the minute they have to personally pay for it, maybe the cause wasn't so important after all.

I always hear this line of reasoning from libertatians/conservsatives, but it is just posturing. Fact is, having everyone chip in a little is much easier than a few people chipping in a boatload; the whole line of reasoning is just selfish

OP, it's just like Obamacare which depended on the young who said they believe in socialism. But when it came time for them to pay up out of their pocket, they aren't so socialist after all.

I used the ACA when I needed to. I had no problem paying for it and was happy it was available.
