and for the millionth time apparently you are demonstrating that you do not in fact understand what you are talking about.

Here is a quick tutorial on why you are wrong.
Can President Bush pardon people who haven't even been charged with a crime?

The Repukes and their hatred for the Clintons is amazing.

Go ahead and spend taxpayer money like the $7 million wasted on the Benghazi investigation where NO CHARGES were brought against her.

You Repukes deserve Trump who can't let things go either.

For calling Hillary a nasty woman. That's sexist, racist and anti-semitism.

I am sure someone is keeping a list. So far he hasn't been convicted, just like Clinton.

Trump will look kinda stupid if he spends tax payer money in an effort to continue his witch hunt of Hillary and its confirmed in court she's done no wrong.
She could then turn around and sue him for defamation of character.

Seriously, in what way is this a good idea? If he flip flops on this because someone supports a recount that will simply validate his win, its a clear signal that he is acting out of childishness, not out of a desire to act like a president. And once the prosecution is clearly politically motivated, it makes us a third world country.

In other words...this is about the recount, not the crime. This is a horrible idea. Why am I not surprised?
Threatening people with lawsuits is standard Trump.

Let Hilary off the hook and let her retire. Why waste more time and money on dealing with the Clintons? Move ahead and take care of important things...no one is going to throw a former first lady and Secretary of State in jail...you guy are Americans...you do not do that.

For the Two millionth time, yes you can. Ford pardoned Nixon even though he had been convicted of no crime.
