Truly what is anyone's expectations for Melania Trump?
To present herself as an advocate against Childhood obesity? et al. All what Mrs. Obama did. I really don't expect her to do much more than that. She'll need to support Donald though, and hopefully she can keep his fingers away from the Twitter and Facebook accounts.
No, she wants nothing to do with this new position as first lady. I don't blame her. She is a private person who could care less about politics. I think it's a shame that Trump is putting her and their young son through this. Not to mention, Trump just wants to be a part time president by spending weekends in NY.

I think Mrs M is 100% about her place with her family. Mostly Her son. I don't even think she tries to compete with Ivanka - when all together its like she is the nanny not the wife. She takes 2nd place to the grown kids n kellyanne. Sorry been watching the body language - what I see.

Cons are so shallow that they think someone is great because they are beautiful. That's their only requirement of women. I personally will be very sorry to see that slitty-eyed, plastic made-over, porn-star creature in the White House. I hope she DOES stay in her tower and disappears from view. I wouldn't be surprised if she takes a four-year-long vacation in her home country. She has nothing to offer this country, certainly.

This creature has lived here for decades and still can't speak proper English. But, that's OK, right? After all, she's beautiful! Cons only requirement. I think she didn't even know the meanings of half the words in her speech. It was pretty obvious.

It could be our first presidential divorce. I don't think we have ever had a president get divorced while in office, I could see Melania being the one to do it.
No, we haven't. Trump and Reagan are the only two to have divorced their first wives and then a subsequent wife becomes the FLOTUS/wife of the POTUS elect. A number of other First Ladies have been their husband's second wives, but in all of the other cases their husbands were widowers. Another subset of First Ladies were each divorcees when each became the first wife of a man who later became POTUS during their marriage.
