Thousands of US veterans from all over the country are heading to Standing Rock to defend the people protesting the pipeline from the state of North Dakota. Saw a report on our local TV of Arizona vets packing up for the trip, too. Where is president-elect Trump? Well, you guessed it. This man of the people and self-declared champion of veterans is solidly on the side of the corporate interests! It is just coincidental that he holds oil company stocks and is personal friends with billionaire oil men. If this lasts until his inauguration, will he order the US military to attack the demonstrators and the vets?
If he ordered the veterans attacked by the paramilitary forces arrayed against them, Trump's supporters would howl with glee.
These people have no allegiance to anything other than dictatorial rule, and being as how they would never stand up to anyone or anything, they are in favor of using excessive force.
Where is Trump? Liberals are so predictable. Where is OBAMA you know, the president you elected? Where has he been for the MONTHS this has been going on?
Liberals are such hypocrites, complaining about what Trump isn't doing before he's even in office when their president hasn't done anything for months.
Yes where is Trump, he had time to go to Indiana for a softball affair. I thought he was against government regulations and is pro-energy, he wants pipelines and energy indepence.
This might be the first time I have seen him at a loss for words, you can bet he hopes this get's resolved before he takes office.
They won't offer much resistance when the massive law enforcement effort begins in a few days.
These misguided tree-huggers will need a lot of lawyers to get them out of jail!
I take it the vets are walking there? They better not be using any petroleum products to get there. That would be hypocritical.
In what way. They'd have to be against the use of oil in order for this to be hypocritical. I didn't really see any of that. So, you either don't know what hypocritical means, said this without thinking, or I missed something really huge.
