You can contact the city itself and ask them. "Legally" they are required to tell you.

But that doesn't mean much when it comes to the government.

The bodies were left in place for an extended period of time because this was a crime scene. It takes time to process.

doesn't address my question...no matter how long the bodies were left there, for whatever reason, the mess still had to be cleaned up by a licensed hazmat company...who was it?
