And vacation is something you earn through work and a job well done. Since oblahblah didn't do jack squat for 8 years he needs to reimburse the taxpayers for that $85M.
Vacation isn't something one earns, most jobs vacation is a time based thing. The longer you are there, the more vacation you earn. Although some jobs will give you the vacation time up front and have it be the same amount each year. If you are only given vacation time based on the employer thinking you have done a "job well done," then you work for a bad business.
Actually, most of the money went to unions in order for them to keep their members employed. There were no shovel-ready jobs, which is why Obama is back to pan-handling for more money with the claims that our roads and bridges are still failing.
