Because a lot of his wealth is premised on the U.S. stability, without it what are his assets really worth?, that's really the only reason he'd care.

Price gouging is the norm.

But you'd have to be there.
Then you would have to say that perhaps 30% of the world is uncivilized. That may be the case, but I don't think it's our place to shame the rest of the world. We should be more focused on doing things that make our own country a better place to live.

I agree. But part of that includes not involving ourselves so deeply with such countries.

Yeah, I forgot all that long principled Republican resistance in this area over the last 3 decades.

And that's why we elected a real leader to shift this nation in a direction that will lead us to self sufficiency once again.

Or the kind of self-sufficiency North Koreans 'enjoy'.

Think you meant " highest bidder".

Are you suggesting the Federal Government " do something" to compel individuals and businesses to take less and sell their whatever to only US people?

That might put a serious damper on Trump's and Kushner's luxury real estate holdings which are sold to the highest cash bidder, typically Chinese, Saudi and other ME nationals.

I have spent some time in China as well. Its not right to paint a whole country with one broad stroke. Imagine what some countries say about USA? American are all gun loving red necks. Our justice system is all mired in bickering bureaucracy? I heard people in other countries claim we are all war mongering idiots.

Here's hoping. But at least we didn't elect Hillary, because then we'd know FOR SURE where we'd be headed.
