He applied for and got a teaching job at a private school.
He knew what he was doing. Sorry, he signed on for that kind of treatment. If he was unable to adhear to the school policy, he should have gone elsewhere.

Interesting, but I can't speak for what Canadians should do in their own country.
I can't speak for them either.
What I CAN do is make sure that my family (which includes a Canadian spouse and three dual Canadian-American kids) will never live there. Canada is a truly sick, sick place, and this is just one example why we will never do more than visit.
Their loss.

Yes, yes....quite right...harumph.....that makes it all quite right, quite right, I say.....
well, I am not always right, I will be the first to admit it; but I try to always be respectful towards people I really dislike lol
It's a fact of human behavior that the more you introduce resistance or confrontation to a person's point of view, the more they'll entrench. So if you want to change someone's mind, you have to give them the space to figure it out for themselves. If all you're looking to do is talk with someone who holds a differing point of view from yours, then be prepared to give them an honest hearing, try to understand what it is that informs their politics, and give a measured response - again, without confrontation.
I think nowadays it is acceptable to end others' career simply because you don't agree with their point of views. I found it scary.
That's my old side, the totalitarian left, which does this. One reason I left it.

Notice that liberals always write this stuff when people are fired for not being liberal? But if it's a liberal getting fired, they're frantically dialing their Congressman's office, the ACLU, the NAACP, and their mommies (often, both of them)?
And righties are all Nazi sympathizers and white nationalists.
So. Where does that leave us now that we speak only in generalities?
Somewhere short of a rational conversation, I guess.
It leaves us with leftist making false generalizations as usual. The left imposed PC speech enforcement the right hasn't sympathized with war criminals or for creating a separate jurisdiction.
