So the conclusion to be drawn here is that women's thoughts are rarely deep enough to exceed the 170 character Twitter limit? That would be ironic.

Twitter is obnoxious anyway. I don't use it.

Remove yourself from the thing making you miserable and don't whine about it.

As usual, feminists are as insane as always.
Curious as to why you reference feminists.
This woman is a writer/editor/tweeter and her piece was on Gizmodo. I dont see a connection.

a 140 character limit is too low.. it should be increased to about 300. That's all I have to say on the topic.

Twitter is such a horrid way to communicate complex ideas. The idea that the world can be broken down into fuzzy, low resolution models that can be adequately articulated within 140 characters is one of several reasons our social and political discourse is regressing and becoming increasingly tribal.

The low character limit gets rid of filler.

I think it omits nuance, detail, and consideration of other viewpoints.

Who the heck twits anyway? Other than Trump, I don't know a sole who twits, or tweets or twitters. Or reads any of that nonsense.

And there are women who spend so much time on Twitter that they can actually detect trends in other people's twits?

Sounds to me like both sides of this issue are doing the Thorazine shuffle.
