The best is a mixture of Capitalism and Socialism. In my humble opinion, about a 75% Capitalism and 25 % Socialism is ideal.

No question but that this the only way to go. And I like your mixture, seems sensible. Capitalism without some regulation will result in one big Skynet of a company running everything. We all know how that ends.
