(NBC Exclusive) "U.S. intelligence officials now believe with "a high level of confidence" that Russian President Vladimir Putin became personally involved in the covert Russian campaign to interfere in the U.S. presidential election, senior U.S. intelligence officials told NBC News.
Two senior officials with direct access to the information say new intelligence shows that Putin personally directed how hacked material from Democrats was leaked and otherwise used. The intelligence came from diplomatic sources and spies working for U.S. allies, the officials said.
Putin's objectives were multifaceted, a high-level intelligence source told NBC News. What began as a "vendetta" against Hillary Clinton morphed into an effort to show corruption in American politics and to "split off key American allies by creating the image that [other countries] couldn't depend on the U.S. to be a credible global leader anymore," the official said."

Trump meets with the inteligence community every day or every other day, and he hasn't been briefed - at a very highly classified level - on anything that makes him believe what the media is reporting.
MEANWHILE...
NBC news, which is only cleared up to and including rumor, is breathlessly reporting specific details about an assessment that is (a) classified SECRET, and (b) is concurred with by each and every one of the 17 intelligence agencies.*
Well, clearly then, Trump needs to start getting his briefings from NBC, because his CIA briefers aren't doing the job right.
*Footnote: Several of the 17 intel agencies have very specific collection targets. They do not collect on Russia and would have absolutely no idea what, if anything, Putin had approved or disapproved.

This is no longer news. Well before the election it was know that the Russians were responsible for hacking into the DNC mail system, and getting the emails that Wikileaks publicized. So anyone paying attention knew that when they were voting.
You're right, Trump will be sworn and will be President, no doubt whatsoever. So what's that got to do with Putin's involvement in the hacking before and during the election, which virtually everyone in Washington agrees happened (except for Trump himself)?
