I saw this comment somewhere in the politics section.
Think about this one:

Joseph Stalin was never convicted of a crime.
Kim Jong Ill was never convicted of a crime.
Kim Jong Un has never been convicted of a crime.
Mao was never convicted of a crime.

Political leaders have funny little ways of using their power to avoid being convicted of crimes.

Its hard to convict crime bosses of anything, people don't want to convict people who can fit them for cement shoes and toss them in the river, hopefully the comeuppance happens one day.

You have to wonder how many people Bill Clinton has the goods on. Hillary is never going to jail.

Donald Trump has been in court about 3500 times. Is he wearing an orange jumpsuit yet? No. Not yet, anyway.

Exclusive: Trump's 3,500 lawsuits unprecedented for a presidential nominee

It has graphs that are a quick glance if you're interested.

See? We can do this with any major figure in the business world or the political world.

You fail to mention that most of those times Trump was the plaintiff, not the defendant.
But that's the way you and MSNBC are.

In any event we don't care. Lots and lots of precedents were set on election day.

Mostly, you may need to understand that putting Hillary behind bars would have forced Joe Biden to run. Trump probably could not have beaten Biden. So it was best if Hillary was kept out of jail and defending herself - at least until election day.
Mission Accomplished!

Interesting that Hillary Clinton never brought up that fact in the debates.
Either because she was too stupid to do so, or because she just didn't want to go down that road.

and there is a difference between trump inc...and...Donald trump the person

the federal government is sued at least 200,000 times a year either for criminal or civil litigations.... but that doesn't mean that Obama(the person) is being sued 200,000 times a year
