Never heard of this idiot. Why does he think his opinion matters?
He's a quasi-famous former heroine addict turned drunk who goes to different non-tourist places around the world and eats/talks to the residents.
Kind of a gritty, down and dirty non-P.C. kind of food/travel reviewer.
Probably the best post of this thread. One jerk talking about another jerk. LOL, who gives a rip. Again, seen Bourdain in some interviews and he's really obnoxious.
Have you met him? So easy to judge from your couch. I don't care for his political views. He is a nice guy in person.

You're joking right? Someone says mean crap about people and picking up that someone is arrogant is pretty easy to do.
If people's actions and words aren't a way to figure them out how the heck else are we supposed to? Wouldn't you think that if someone is being interviewed that they would on some level put forth a better image of themselves, so no, if he's an ass on camera, he's probably an even bigger one in real life.
You're thinking of No Reservations. He has a new show called "Parts Unknown" which has been running for a few (edit: 8) seasons now and gets very good ratings and has won 5 Emmys.
Got it. Don't know anything about his recent endeavors, and wouldn't seek his advice on dining. He seems a little pompous.
The interviewer asked Bourdain if he would eat there and Bourdain responded. It's not like he just said this out of the blue. His shows are based around going to various restaurants and when asked if he would go to Trumps new hotel to eat, he said no way.
It's just part of Bourdains personality, he's an entertainer, just like Trump and he is going to say things to play up his image. I like Bourdains shows, but I would never vote for him in any elected capacity. He's not really that liberal and it's easy to see that if you watch his shows.
