And I can say the same thing to you about proving it does not occur. If you are not positively identifying the voter for all forms of voting you cannot identify voter fraud.
Let me reiterate 62 investigators walked into NYC polling places and 60 of them voted successfully under names that were not theirs.
Comeon...you know better. Given that they know how to vote illegally they should be easily able to show that it has occurred at least a few dozen times. Apparently they can't. The likely reason being it is very rare.
The investigation of the illegal vote in southern Florida found that the illegal voters had photo ID. In general voter ID does nothing to prove citizenship. Illegal felons for instance have Drivers licenses and SS cards.
North Carolina provides a fine example. The Republicans carefully checked the demographics of who would be impacted before implementing.
I suggest that along with Voter ID we need a voter IQ test.
The results of this years presidential election clearly shows the need for people to prove that they have the mental ability to identify a con artist.
After reading this I think we need an IQ test before posting here.
Then why worry if we have voter ID? You're saying there is no problem!
Where did I say I was worrying about if other states want to waste people's time requiring an ID to vote? I am more concerned with those same states trying to limit the times and locations people can vote, that seems to be a much bigger issue with voter suppression.

What you stated was that you were against the electoral college and would prefer the popular vote - I agreed. But I also said that we should stipulate mandatory ID required. I would go a little farther than that reaffirming that voters have to be citizens of the US. China, Canada, Mexico, or any other nation should never be allowed to choose our leaders.
I only ever cast one vote. If anybody cheats; it could nullify my vote. All I want is a fair system; whether we keep the electoral college or not.

I can certainly find a few dozen cases but that is not going to satisfy you. Here is another one:
We found her name, and nearly a hundred others like her, in the database of Florida registered voters.
Naples resident Yvonne Wigglesworth is also a not a citizen, but is registered to vote. She claims she doesn't know how she got registered. "I have no idea. I mean, how am I supposed to know."
Records show Wigglesworth voted six times in elections dating back eleven years.

First and foremost we should not be issuing drivers licenses to illegal aliens. Beyond that if we are issuing them they can be marked as illegal aliens. We only need to amend motor voter to make the ruling by SCOTUS moot and states will be able to require proof of citizenship. With an amendment to the REAL ID act it can be mandated.

I like the Real ID Act; but PA is not in compliance. PA also does not require voter ID. Both of those facts bother me. PA does not look like it is going to comply anytime in the near future; I wish that was not the case. My feeling is that the Real ID Act scared many with the out-of-state reporting of driver history and criminal acts.

AFAIK It's not the ID itself that is the issue and basically minor but costly issues. PA got on this very quickly and spent a very lot of money to implement it's own secure ID before that law. It's one of the most secure in country. AFAIK the black and white keystone hologram is unique as one example.

Regardless; our driver's licenses will not be accepted as official ID by the Feds. Plus we do not require official ID at the polls. So does it really matter how quick?
