Seems as if our Republican friends have high hopes for Trump's inevitable nomination of lots of judges at every level.

So tell me Republican voters: what is Trump's judicial philosophy?

I think the philosophy will be "justice will be sold to the highest bidder."

Default Two words - Ted Cruz

As long as Trump stacks the deck with conservatives, the balance will go the way Trump needs to push his agenda. Hopefully Brennon or the old Ginsburg will retire soon so Trump can get some more into the supreme court.

Is trump a conservative now? I doubt any of the liberal SC judges would leave with trump in office, but who knows if he turns out to be what he was all his life they may be happy to let him pick their replacement.

Small correction.

Trump will be appointing a lots of judges.

Obama "nominated" lots of judges that never got confirmed.

In contrast, Trump's appointments should sail through the senate.

Why is it you insist on calling all of Trump's voters 'Republicans'? That is rather narrow a definition - and of course it means that people like me cannot respond to your question I guess - but then you didn't 'really want to know the opinion' of anyone who thinks the election of Trump was a good thing, do you?

So that's your excuse now? A misnomer?

Answer the question.

Even if he had a philosophy, it wouldn't matter. He's going to nominate a bunch of judges that ruled in his favor, over a few issues and saved him some money. What's the over/under for how many judges he picks before we find one that sat on one of his cases?
