More fake news and false outrage from the so-called "Non PC" crowd.
Your claiming the linked article is fake news then?

The only war that Obama probably thinks was worth fighting was the civil war.

You weren't quoting at all.

You're still not quoting - at all.

I wonder what Obama would have done, had he been president during WWII?

There was an article I read a bit back talking about Trumps nomination for Secretary of the Army I think it was. The headline stated that Trump had nominated a billionaire hockey team owner as Secretary of the Army.

What they conveniently left out was that the guy was a West Point graduate who was decorated.

Mmmm, similar, but not the same. Obama didn't apologize for our dropping the bombs.

The nominee for SecArmy *IS* a billionaire hockey owner and only spent 5 years on active duty service and never rose above Major, IIRC.

I will wholeheartedly agree that people from all over the political spectrum take questionable headlines as gospel truth way too often, usually because it reaffirms their own perceptions.

Did Obama apologize for WWII again?

I'm convinced that Obama hates Western Civilization.

I do get upset about this issue because my Dad would not have lived through the war if they hadn't dropped the bombs. He was on a troop ship bound for the main islands of Japan. This after surviving Okinawa, Pelelieu and Bougainville. He saw the defenses they had prepared. The estimate was 100% casualties for American forces for the initial attacks.
Getting a little warmer.....whose mistaken foreign policy?

I'm more than aware of the entire end of war situation and I support the dropping of both nukes which along with the Russians declaring war and annihilating their remaining mainland forces lead to surrender.

What is going on here is that you hate Obama so you pretty much fell for an internet meme that tries to twist what he said into a US apology when it's CLEARLY not to any rational reader. Look how nuts the anti-Trump folks are about blaming him for stuff he hasn't done? *holds up mirror*
