Sorry I think that they should be charged as criminals even if they are under 18 just like if they are stealing or selling drugs, etc.
It's a crime.
We need to stop normalizing criminal behavior.

California Democrats legalize child prostitution | Washington Examiner
They did not legalize child prostitution, they just said that the children involved would be treated as victims not criminals and that they would get help. The onus and criminality is on those who try to hire these children, not on the children.

Ironic you are accusing me of failing to read when it says I live in L.A on all my posts.

Wrong ....AGAIN!

Anyone can say they live in CA. I mean you could be a mentally unstable lunatic pretending to live in LA to give you more "credibility" to bash it.

I'm a Republican, and Repubs make pedophilia legal just by changing the age of consent to 16 in most of the red states.

Good. Maybe you missed the word "child."

No, California Democrats didn’t ‘legalize’ child prostitution

Commercially sexually exploited children, based on the bill’s analysis, may be taken into temporary custody “if the minor has an immediate need for medical care, or … is in immediate danger of physical or sexual abuse, or the physical environment” or the child’s unattended status “poses an immediate threat to the child’s health or safety.”

Exactly, but the truth doesn't seem to matter to many people!

There you go with those "facts."

I'm amazed it took so long for anyone to paraphrase the ACTUAL law.
