Barring a last-minute set of recess appointments, Trump will be able to fill the four vacancies, subject to the approval of the Senate. During the election, Trump produced a list of potential conservative judicial nominees to the Supreme Court.
Just the mere possibility of some conservatism scares these people to death.
The 9th court IS the MOST overruled court in the country.

yes we do, re you saying that judges that actually apply the constitution to the laws in this country are activist judges? it seems to me that the liberal/progressive judges that are appointed to the bench are the ones that are the activists and try to make new laws from the bench.
Exactly. The problem with Liberals is that they are so far left, they wouldn't know an activist judge if one slapped them across the head.
