Russia is a threat for lots of reasons (obviously hacking being one)- been that way since WWII, perhaps not the mainland USA but you many feel different if you were in Lithuania.
We're not in Lithuania.

China - has never been nor is now a threat to the USA, militarily speaking
Wrong. It's had nukes pointed at us for decades.

NKorea - definitely a threat to South Korea and japan but not to the USA; gives weapons technology to US enemies
Actually they went a step further sending troops into Ukraine and Crimea, also sent Russian warships off the coast of Britain and Europe. Our NATO allies are nervous, McCain and Graham were over in Europe last week trying to reinforce our support, Trump is scaring the hell out of them.

Middle East - last time I looked it was not a country. The Middle East is a region with lots of close US Allies. Is terrorism a threat ? Sure but one without a clear military solution.
As for US foreign policy - perhaps people should stop voting for those that support or start overseas wars (Reagan, McCain, Graham, Bush - just to name a very few).
I guess the problem is that Lithuania has the nerve to be so provocatively placed - imagine, bordering Russia, yet acting all independent and deciding for themselves who they wish to ally with.
If they'd just show some proper deference and gratitude for all the money Moscow sank into keeping them safe from themselves, for decades.
The Baltic States should just stop their hostile rhetoric towards Russia. No one in Western Europe or America will come to their defenses.
By the way. What do you think how America would react if Mexico or Canada would join a chinese led alliance?

Good point.
America plays by a double standard.
We had nukes in Turkey pointed at the Soviet Union, but then had a hissy fit when they did the same to us by planting nukes in Cuba.
Kennedy had to pull the nukes out of Turkey to get Kruschev to pull them out of Cuba.
We have a military alliance pressed right up against Russia's border, but as you say, the Russia-haters here would be screeching if Russia had an alliance pressed up against our border.
