PEMEX was failing so badly that it had to allow foreign investors and management to come in and try to save it.

Why can't Mexico solve its own problems?

Because tRasnationals in Mexico créate a overdemand for Dollars and devaluate Mexican Pesos pushing Mexicans to Follow the Money where it goes.

PEMEX is being intentionally killed by current PRI party, once Lopéz Obrador arrives he will invest in it. Now Pemex is paying 90% taxes of its Total sales to support Univesities and Healthe cAre and we Warn all foreing investors to stay away from mexican fields becaus they will be charged the same.

Now, Exchange rate is affected by US Trasnationals who take their royalties here and convert them from pesos to Dollars creating a devaluation of Peso. That Exhcange rate pushes mexicans to FOLLOW the money.
No country is free from corruption, but it's a national pastime in Mexico.

Exchange Rates result from Central Bank actions, budgets, current account surplus/deficits and a myriad of other factors. You want a strong Peso? Peg it to the Swiss Franc.

The other issue is that this is a total waste of money that we don't have. Immigration from Mexico has slowed to a trickle and most people who come here illegally, FLY IN, and overstay their visas. How does a wall solve that problem?

Lastly, how in the hell is Donny going to build a $25 billion dollar wall, spend a trillion on infrastructure, significantly increase military spending, cut corporate and individual taxes, and not explode the deficit which he now owns?

I'm waiting for an answer Trumpies.
The answer is as follows:

Taxes are cut on businesses.

Regulations are cut on businesses.

Business expands in the U.S.

More people are hired.

Wages and salaries go up.

More tax revenues flow into the Treasury even though tax rates are lower.

Those revenues pay for infrastructure, military spending, the wall -- and pay down the debt.

We also cut federal spending. No more welfare for able-bodied layabouts. No more spending on illegals. No more overpaying government employees. No more waste, fraud, abuse, duplication and unneeded programs and agencies. We'll also raise the age at which you can get social security from 62 to 70 starting with people under 50. Medicare and Medicaid will use the power of numbers to lower drug and other health care costs. No more handouts to big pharma and the insurance companies.

We've been limping along at 2% growth at best. We need about 4% to make our nation rich again.

The wall is the least of our problems. $25 billion is less than 1% of the federal budget.

Central bank in Mexico only makes Pesos no Dollars but if those pesos are exchanged for dollars that will Create a Demand for Dollar and will push its Price up. And US exporters which hire US citizens will be incompetitive. Somehow the Transnationals Here killed The working class who used to export there.

As I said, your understanding of economics is lacking.

It's 2017. Mexico should be a G-8 style economic powerhouse by now.

Demand reform!

Unfortunatelly Mexicans sold their assets to US in the theory that there was going to be an economical integration, and thus many mexicans have stock in the NYSE US trasnationals. the money remained out of Mexico.
