Democrats Plan to Rehang Painting Depicting Police as Pigs, after GOP Rep took it Down
Im not surprised....
The painting, hanging since June, was done by high school student David Pulphus, who had won Clay’s annual Congressional Art competition.
The acrylic painting depicts a police officer as a pig in uniform aiming a gun at African-American protesters. Above the scene, two birds -- one black, one white -- fight, and beside them, an African-American protester holding a scale of justice is crucified.
I'm amazed that painting has been on display in the United States Capitol for months. It's the perfect illustration of just how mainstream the anti-police, pro-BLM message is in Washington.
If blacks in a similar painting were portrayed as apes and chimps, do you think the Congressional Crack Caucus would stand idly by?
