What Trump should do is designate vast stretches of land and water in California as National Monuments... force farmers and fisheries relocate to other states... enforce EVerify.... heavy fines on Sanctuary cities... special taxes on Hollywood on income greater than 1 million.... the impact on California will be significant...

Another moron talking out of both sides of his mouth. Trump can deal with immigration. He can do things that California officials may not like. He can't force California to do anything.
Sure he can. He can force the Police Departments to enforce Federal Laws, and if they refuse, the Justice Department can take over the running of that Facility. They do it all the time, if there is corruption or rogue Police Departments. Where have you been? If California decided to put up a fight when the Feds go in to Deport Aliens, and things started to get ugly, the President could declare Martial Law in that City and send in Troops. Under Martial Law, all Constitutional Rights would be suspended, and Arrests could be made without charges or warrants, and lethal force could be used if needed to maintain order. . Californians would have no rights at all, as long as Martial Law was imposed.
The Federal Government can force California to do anything they want it to do.
