You fail as badly as the OP.
The law has taken effect of course. The law is gradually increasing the minimum wage over the coming years, its currently $15 for employees of large companies (after increases from $11 to $13 to $15) and $13 for employees of small companies.

The doom and gloom has been predicted for years now from this gradual increase but as usual, its all scare mongering from the donor class and their shills.

Here is the schedule of wage increases:

Nope. And the topic is about restaurants. Let's talk about that.

You didn't even bother to find out they have until 2021 to start.

You said the experiment is over. It hasn't even started yet.

Here is the schedule for the minimum wage increases.

Its now $15 for large employers and $13 for small employers after several hikes in the preceding years. The doom and gloom predictions have failed miserably and Seattle is thriving with extremely low unemployment rate.

It's actually $11 in your chart for small employers... and that's for THIS year which just started... what I find more interesting is minimum wage goes to over $18 in the future... wow

WRONG - The law HAS already taken effect. Large businesses were affected at the beginning of 2016 (a year ago) with the first step of the increase. More were affected starting this year. SO FAR - in spite of the increases that took place in 2016 - such businesses are THRIVING.
And this is IN SPITE of the fact that nearly 2 years ago, RWNJ sources - including posters on this board - were claiming that such business were supposedly already scaling back or closing. Apparently that was NOT the case. You folks lied (again).

Yes indeed.

The effect of this law won't be felt by restaurants for years. Yet the OP proclaims the "experiment is over".

The minimum wage should be $50 per hour so we can eliminate welfare. And since the libs tell us increasing the minimum wage has no negative impact, we all would be winners.

How do you know those businesses are thriving... do you have access to their books or is it because you wished for it? I expect they are losing more money without gaining more money than before the law...

Gee, I don't know - maybe because there were "Help Wanted" signs in windows all over the place when I was there just a couple of months ago?
Or do you think that businesses that are hurting would be looking for workers?
