The pentagram should have loved Obama. He utilized its skills and resources to keep america at war for two full terms.

It all seems to come down to the bottom line. Because government looks at money as a bottomless barrel, they just aren't very good at spending it wisely and managing it properly.

All you have to do is watch the President (any President) get off the Helicopter and watch the Marines as they make their movements.

Under Pres Obama they are respectful but no more. Their motion does not convey a statement which in itself is a statement.

Watch Pres Obama bop off AF 1 or the MF 1. He jogs down the steps, gives a sloppy salute to the commander in charge, and ignores the troops.

Mutual I Guess

down to earth, fair, and balanced. I really appreciate the honesty in your post. No Partisan bickering, just honesty.
Not sure how honest it it to say Dems cut the military, when it was actually the GOP.

I would agree with that.

No parties really care about the military service members. So all these republicans have done this, democrats have done that - just Partisan BS and bickering to me.

I would say the only one politician seems to care about the troops is perhaps Ron Paul

IIRC, the military death toll almost doubled in the ME, for the first two years after 0bozo took over. And the situation deteriorated.

Clearly, the 0bozo admin was incompetent at running what was a winning situation when it was inherited. Or was it done purposely? I'd bet on the later.

That alone would explain why he is so unpopular with the military. He managed to get more of them KIA, and wounded while simultaneously losing the gains they were sent there for in the first place.

The USA, and the world, for that matter, is less secure from terrorism since 0bozo took over eight years ago, than it was when Bush left.
