Your argument however, is that this somehow proves that Session isnt a horrible AG nominee or that Booker somehow felt differently about him then, than now.
Your links and that video do no such thing.
So why would booker change his opinion of Sessions so drastically?
Remember these folks don't care about reality. Only what they think it is.
That would be true... but political advertisements won't let moderates and the GOP forget when it is time... they are probably already building a file against Booker... if Booker chooses to be foolish, it's his own fault...
He sealed his faith with his spineless vote against cheaper medicine for the most vulnerable, the sick, the disabled and the elderly, in order to keep that pharma money flowing into his campaign coffers.

I don't disagree. His uncharitable charges against a noble man are typical of the situation and the people involved. If he thinks he can make a name for himself let him try. His backers may think in 4 years the world will be on fire and they'll need another smooth talking self absorbed man for the job.
My opinion is that he and millions like him will not be able to call racism for much longer and get any kind of traction, relegated to the past out of time and out of luck.
We are in for some storms. There won't be time to be a victim.
Good for Cory Booker. Sessions has a questionable history as far race and we need an AG that treats all people equal.
So does the Democratic Party.

Many vote against what might be a good Act EXCEPT for riders that some legislators try to tag on in order to get their pet project through so they can tell their folks back home that they did this or that for them.
These have little connection with the subject matter of the bill, and can be the reason a bill is voted against.
Those who are perpetrating the myth of Sessions' 'questionable history' are ignorant of that history and only repeating what others are also repeating in ignorance. Or, they are downright mean-spirited and evil.
Here, read up on one major myth that liberals love to run with:
Last time I checked Booker is a senator from a blue state. He won't be voted out for upsetting conservatives. He can be voted out for upsetting liberals. Going against session is delivering to his base.
We aren't talking about where he is at but about his aspirations to go higher... he needs more than democrats for the bigger stage and he blew it... he deserves his pathetic fate...
