Putin et al belong exactly to the kind of Soviet functionaries that were behind the destruction of the Soviet system, since Soviet system was standing on their way of personal enrichment and acquisition of foreign goods.

If you say so Comrade, Putin was and is the leader of Soviet Russia. Of course now we have President Trump who is Putin's personal puppet.
If the Baltic states had not joined Nato then they would have been much like Finland.
