You do realize that Putin is a Soviet leader....right?
Wrong.
Putin et al belong exactly to the kind of Soviet functionaries that were behind the destruction of the Soviet system, since Soviet system was standing on their way of personal enrichment and acquisition of foreign goods.
Quote:
Soviet Russia is still alive and well, and Trump and his cabinet answer to Putin. Trump and his people will be doing a lot of bending over for Putin, but then again, this is something Trump is use to because he has been bending over for Putin for a long, long time now.
No it's not, since Soviet system was all about welfare state and state ownership of anything and everything.
Trump ( financially speaking) wouldn't be interested in such country- it wouldn't give him any opportunities.
But since now it's operating in neo-liberal mode - yes, he is very much interested in "business opportunities" there.
That Russia still has army-fleet, bombs rockets and all, it's not because it's SOVIET, but because it's her legacy since TZARIST ( Imperial) TIMES.
While war with Russia may be at a higher probability level at the moment, nothing is going to happen on the 20th. If it does it will be because Russia kicks something off, and I assure you Trump and Obama would meet and discuss it.
This is more of the same martial law type nonsense the right spouts off about all the time.
Also what does "
The u.s. military is building up sanctions in Poland. All it is, is to prevent from Russia taking over the sanctions." mean?
Agreed.
It's never a good move to be the aggressor when leadership is changing hands. Silly to think otherwise.
Precursor to war I can see. Sanctions, often enough, lead to war.
Wrong.

Jesus)))))
If you say so Comrade, Putin was and is the leader of Soviet Russia. Of course now we have President Trump who is Putin's personal puppet.
If the Baltic states had not joined Nato then they would have been much like Finland.
That's not necessarily a great place to be.
Quote:
Russia does not give a hoot about Finland as long as its neutral.
That - is actually the exact opposite of not giving a hoot.
If Russia is panicky about having skin contact with countries that can defend themselves, well - Russia's problem.
