I hope they go through with it. If they do, the producers will just keep producing, using the hordes of sometimes talented wannabes that cluster around entertainment industry, looking for the slightest iota of a chance to break in. If the "strike" goes on long enough, the "stars" may end up finding that they're not needed anymore.
What about him? Whatever you think of him, he put his money where his mouth was, and actually DID something. He ran for office, and, surprise, surprise, got elected.
This is as opposed to the Hollywood idiots, who, because of their notoriety think they should have more control over society than anyone else. If they want to actually do some, let them run.

Go ahead see how well you can maintain your lifestyle for the next 4 years if your not working. Enjoy flying coach, because private air will bankrupt most working actors. With Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and HBO Go, I have enough shows and movies to get me through the next 15 years let alone 4. The average person wouldn't be phased the slightest.
