China is basically Hollywood's life support. They've been making trash movies for a while now... and since Chinese were close off from the rest of the world not long ago, they still think the movies are cool.
The Chinese also funded the Iraq War and Trump Tower.
And I don't believe Hollywood hands out US visas to the Chinese in exchange for investment as Trump and his son-in-law have.
