Yup more jobs that you can't support yourself on without food stamps.

YUGE!!! Winning Doesn't Stop, Walmart Announces 34,000 New Jobs Ahead of Trump's Inauguration
Wallmart announced several years ago they planned to bring 300 000 jobs back to US, many of which are already back, but if they want to kiss up to Trump and give him some credit for it this year, now would be a good time

Those of you who want the truth, as opposed to Trump worship, Google "Wallmart reshoring initiative"

You don't have to be a Trump hater to live in reality.

Wal-Mart itself said that the creation of these jobs is consistent with previous years. In other words, no matter who won the election, those 10,000 jobs (plus 24,000 construction jobs) would be happening today. Businesses are now feeling the need to put it out there in order to appease the incoming president.

And yes, due to whatever economic situations that have occurred over the current adminstration, they allowed Wal-Mart to create these jobs.

When Trump actually creates jobs (and we will see evidence of that in probably 2 years or so), then I will applaud him because I can be objective about presidents' accomplishments.

You are demonstrating that you cannot be.

And they do. One of the articles (maybe it was Fortune's) stated that many companies are "tweeting" these job announcemets as they fear Trump. Does this remind you of *anything*?

One can rest assured this wouldn't have happened had Hillary been elected. And it's counters the layoffs that were recently announced due to Obama's horrid war on American jobsd.

Winning doesn't stop.

Wal-Mart Touts Plan to Create U.S. Jobs, in Nod to Trump - WSJ

#MAGA
Thinking that a company plans a 34,000 person expansion in only 60 days since the election doesn't exhibit a very strong knowledge about how the business world works.

That said, it's nice you don't let reality get in the way of your fantasies.

Trump has a habit is picking companies and attacking them on Tweeter causing their shares to sink. So yes, companies can make these kinds of announcements (be they true or not) to spare themselves from the damage Trump can cause them if they didn't. This is a perfect example, and the other was the Air Force-1 announcement where they said they'll keep the price under $4B, althought there was never a contract that said $4B.

Trumps vanity is easily satisfied.

Because who doesn't want a Wal-Mart job where you have to supplement your income with welfare?

I'm beginning to wonder if these are new jobs or just press release.
