I know Fake News is like your new thing now, but at least use the term correctly. The woman is filing a defamation suit. That actually happened. It was filed in NY. Therefore an article about a lawsuit is actual news, hence very much real.

She is not suing for sexual assault because it never happened.
The defamation suit will almost certainly be thrown out.
In the coming months, we will see if the court will move forward since a Pres. Trump is not above the law. There is precedent for him to be deposed and for this woman and hopefully the others later to get justice.
