I am watching the events in Washington with interest here in England. The Obama's and Trump's were gracious to each other, and gave a very nice present to Mrs Obama. Let's hope the day passes peacefully, and without incident.

Dick Cheney is certainly looking better this time than he did 8 years ago when he looked like Dr. Strangelove being pushed out in that wheelchair.

Not big on politics but my other half wanted to watch this inauguration, but I just couldn't stay tuned in on CNN, the whining has already begun. Damn what happened to that channel over the last few years?
