First time in my memory a person charged with a felony has been let out without posting bail.

If they don't show up, there would be a warranty on them. Next time they were stopped by police, that would be hell to pay.

Once Jeff Sessions is in office, the U.S. attorneys won't make the bail mistake anymore.

Although I'm sure most of them were Soros operatives, and he would have posted their bail.

Anyway, it's a lot better than what we usually see -- rioters being detained for a few hours and then released without any charges whatsoever.
