There will be no honeymoon for President Donald Trump. Instead, on Monday, during the start of his first full week in the White House, he’s being slapped with a lawsuit by a group of prominent ethics attorneys.
The lawsuit, expected to be the first of many, will argue that Trump is violating the Constitution by allowing his company, the Trump Organization, to continue accepting payments from foreign governments. Trump refused to surrender ownership of his company before taking the oath of office, instead allowing his children to assume control over business operations.
This kind of stuff will be par for the course throughout whatever amount of time the birther-in-chief manages to remain in office. I don't see how he even was eligible to run in the first place being he has such a nefarious history.

He has no control over his businesses. Yes, his family is running them but as he has no controlling interest, he is breaking no law. I get it, i get it... this is C-D where everyone has a law degree and psychology degree but this scenario has already been through the courts (around the time if Nelson Rockefeller)
if owning "stock" or some other investment were illegal, then federal employees would be unable to own stocks, mutual funds, or any other investment that 'spreads its money around' to various sectors. The Clinton Global Initiative, one program of the Clinton Foundation, was closed.
When Clinton won the Democratic nomination, the decision was made to close this program to avoid potential conflicts of interest such as this.
Whether something will come of this lawsuit remains to be seen. But there really is no question that Trump is in violation of the Constitution he just took an oath to protect and defend.
