Drug testing for this costs way more than it saves.

I'm against drug testing for welfare; however, we need to completely redo the welfare system and cut it back drastically.

A lot of children are on welfare. Should they be expected to reduce eating by drastic amounts?

No, but when they are receiving free breakfast, lunch and dinner from school, that should be taken into account and deducted from what their parents receive. No double dipping.
