Even if Trump pulls out of the Paris climate agreement, California led a partnership of 165 states, provinces, cities, from around the world, covering 1 billion people, to sign a joint Memorandum of Understanding that they would cut carbon emissions in their jurisdictions:

The Under2 MOU, or Subnational Global Climate Leadership Memorandum of Understanding, is a pact spearheaded by California and the German state of Baden-Württemberg in the leadup to the Paris agreement in 2015. United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon called it a "game changer."
Its 165 members represent about 1 billion people and pledge to limit carbon emissions to below 80 to 90 percent from 1990 levels with the goal of keeping global temperatures from rising 2 degrees Celsius from pre-industrial levels by 2100.
The big difference between California and the Red States is California believes spending on good education that lifts most everyone out of poverty is a GOOD idea while the rest of the Konservative Middle Klass fears the competition. The Donald preaches to the latter.
If CA believes on spending on good education, how come they almost rank the worst among the nation?
And if they believe it lifts everyone out of poverty, how come you need to make $100k so you don't end up living at Compton in the middle of a gang war?

These Kind of post and Gov. Brown is treason and protecting Illegal Aliens is against the US Immigration . I look forward to the US Marshals to remove Brown!
Brown could be removed and o California defunded by the Feds!
