I'm borderline on it. I am hoping that what he is doing is laying out a framework of things for Congress to make into real legislation. So that it isn't simply going to be wiped away by the next Dem who is President.

Clearly it's different because Obama. Oh, and Hillary. And Benghazi. And emails. And don't forget election polling.

That is exactly what he is doing unless it is simply reversing an Obama EO.

The left will apparently never admit it though. Too busy having a tantrum to see clearly evidently.

Except half of Trump's executive orders have nothing to do with reversing Obama's orders. Authorizing the construction of the border wall and restricting immigration from seven countries have nothing to do with Obama executive orders.

It also bears mentioning that Obama only turned to EOs when congress refused to do anything. The trump administration seems to have no interest in passing legislation.

Obama sat on his hands because he wanted votes. Now we have a non-politician, one man wrecking crew doing the bidding of the citizens. Enjoy.

Obviously the founding fathers foresaw someone like Obama becoming president and abusing the executive order.

People were understandably upset about the balance of power under recent Presidents, including Obama. How do those SAME PEOPLE feel about Trump?

Answer how you like, but I encourage you to separate how you feel about the policy, and focus on if it's legal how he goes about it. (eg: Even if you are in favor of repealing ACA, is this the legal/best way to do it?)

I would really enjoy some constructive discussion, without bashing from both sides.
trump is rescinding obamas EOs, and setting parameters for the executive branch to follow. he is not making new law, which is what obama was doing with EOs.
