The media needs to start fighting back, and it needs to happen now. When they tell a lie, the press needs to immediately show the truth. Period. No more giving them any wiggle room to spout their BS as facts.

Yep, you were right, only scares those of us who understand.

Why people think shutting the free press down is a good idea is beyond me.

All media lies, they are all owned by the 1%. But it's a great excuse to keep the Dems/Reps fighting. There is no real news, not on either side. The Dems/Reps are just as evil and corrupt as each other.... now, back to the pointless arguing:

Not exactly. It's customary to write resignation letters when a new administration is coming in, so the State Dept had written those. So there were letters files, which probably created the confusion.

How are they getting around that hiring freeze, by the way?

Does the left just not care that they are lied to constantly by the media?

Curious if anyone on the left can answer why this does not bother you?

It's really, really odd that the Democrats who in the 1960's were the champions of the working class from Pennsylvania to Wisconsin would turn on the working class now. The Democrats have essentially built themselves a coalition of high-earning coastal elites and urban low-income mcjob class. That coalition just can't last.

Bannon, wasn't he the head of Breitbart. That was that a warm place where the birthers could go to get their conspiracy theories confirmed and he is the voice of reason, do you hear yourself?

99% if the information put forth by the major media has been discredited, I noticed you left off Fox News. Yet Bannon is now on his staff to create his own version of news, yes it wasn't raining at the inauguration, Spicer says so. LOL

People made videos of it and posted it on youtube. you just had to see the disparity in rally sizes. No one apparently at the NYT sought to question this versus their polling data that required massive oversamplings to arrive at a Hillary win.

The big media no longer can make a living reporting actual news. Does anyone actually wait until the morning to buy a newspaper and read what happened? Does anyone actually sit down at 6.30 pm and watch the network evening news on the EastCoast? Small, agile websites and government funded outfits like the BBC will beat them to the news.

Big media have become magazines with long cozy stories that invariably require a viewpoint. If you are living in NYC or make your living there, it will be tainted by the people that are there. I don't care to read some sob story about illegals, when I know that my formers neighbors had their future stolen by outsourcing and by NAFTA.
You are right, we need to go to Infowars and anonymous bloggers to get the real story.

They have some nerve questioning Trump's fact based response that 3-5 Million illegal voters cost him the popular voted. Russia didn't hack us, he had almost 2Million people at his inauguration, those are Trump facts. The major media are lying.

“I want you to quote this,” Mr. Bannon added. “The media here is the opposition party".

That's basically it, in a nutshell.

Media, Intelligence Services, don't believe ANYTHING except Trump administration. ONLY THEY know the truth, and all of their actions are infallible.
