Lol, You Urban dwellers don't have guns. What are you going to defeat us with Sex Toys? Your army would need atleast five hours to go to their safe spaces and have a nap. You guys have Michael Moore and Moonbeam, we have Mattis and the entire Military.

No they wont. That is your pipe dream.

The military has been slashed down to bare bones in California under Bush Sr. and Bill Clinton.

There are no military installations at all in the inner SF Bay where 6.6 million people live and what little military exists in NorCal would be overrun quite quickly.

Furthermore, the nation is in no mood for bloodshed. Ultimately most people will conclude that California should be allowed to secede-there's really no reason to object.

Like I said before: Mexico or China wouldn't dare step in because that would mean full on war.
Ironically because of Trump, I find that foreign countries are less fearful of the US. He is a clown that diminishes our reputation around the world seemingly with each passing hour.

Will we be allowed to "uncalifornicate" Montana by sending all the transplanted Californians back to their home country?
We will gladly keep some of them. You know, the ones who tried (and succeeded) to become real Montanans. It is those who say "Well, back home we did that THIS way, and you should too!" that we want to send back.
Now that my son has moved out of CA, I say let them go.

I think California is a beautiful state and worth fighting for. The only thing wrong with CA it is that it's run by liberal oligarchs. How did California get such a strong economy, what is the origin of their high tech industry? It came from national investment into that state via the military industrial complex, our tax dollars pouring into CA to make it much more than just a movie studio and shipping port.

Starting back in WW2 and escalating greatly in the 60's, the government spent vast sums of money in aeronautics, aerospace, satellites, and getting the electronics technology advanced to a point where private companies in silicon valley could develop what would become the economic engine of CA. This investment has paid off bigly, and now CA wants to take the money and run. No way Jose, and speaking of Jose, picking fruit and collecting welfare does not contribute that much to the economy. Add the problems of drugs, crime, language barriers, unwillingness to assimilate and switch their allegiance from Mexico to America, overcrowding & housing shortages, and it's just not worth it. Especially when automation is just around the corner and unskilled labor jobs will be needed less and less. I understand there are still many jobs that need to be done that Americans won't do, but they do not need 15 million illegals in CA to do those jobs, more like 3 million, a figure which is still greater than all the black people living in CA, just to get a perspective.

Haha You keep regurgitating this unrealistic heavy-handed military invasion of a US state-that's actually hilarious.

But just to be clear, if it did go there the US would look like a monster to the rest of the world and then you'd look like a loser after having to retreat.

The tech industry is overrun by immigrant workers, if you look at many of Apple, Google, Microsoft, etc many of their most coveted workers are foreign born. Only the leadership is maintained by the whites, they have to remain an open border policy or else they risk losing workers. That's why you see Zuckerberg and Bezos calling for open borders because they want immigrants to come here and work to the detriment of Americans that are here and unable to compete.

Even something like it being brought up again shows how divisive the nation becomes. Trump's only in office for <2 weeks.

It shows liberals have been lazy and accustomed to a weak POTUS for 8 years. Obama panders to PC.

Everybody touted oh Obama is a great president he welcomes all to our country meanwhile he ok giving the rebels weapons and training so they can fight the Syrian government and caused all of this fighting in Syria.

Business decision. No way large business will stay in California vs the United States of America
