Agreed. The statutes of limitation do not run out when it comes to murder. Why this woman isn't being arrested is beyond me.
If you think the state of Mississippi is going to arrest an elderly white woman for the actions that lead to the murder of a AA teen some sixty years ago, think on. First words out of their mouths would likely be "why stir all that up again?".
Don't look for much action from the Justice Department either, given who is likely to become the next Attorney General.
To prosecute this woman would also open the door to the not small number of others in Mississippi that either directly or indirectly lynched or otherwise murdered African Americans even say from just the 1940's through 1950's. This includes judicial murder by giving false evidence which lead to executions.

Again what would be the good in that? If a prosecution isn't going to follow it would just be seen as malicious and by some perhaps as "targeting" an old white woman for something quite honestly she in not alone in doing.
Emmett Till's murder to Mississippi is rather like the Holocaust to Germany; they desperately would like the stench of that event to dissipate, but it never does.
Today, there are Women arrested for false child molestation or sexual assault or rape claims. But the lives of men will still be ruined permanently. You cannot accuse somebody simply because you have a vagina. Doesn't work that way.
The boy was just a kid. 14 years old. It is truly sad.
Plus, not every man is attracted to you simply because you are a woman. Sheesh. WTH!
Just another WahWah to make excuses for a certain "segment" of society.
Is this worse than the Wichita Massacre............not even close!!!!

The Wichita Massacre, also known as the Wichita Horror,[1] was a spree of random robberies, assaults, rapes, and murders perpetrated from December 7 to 14, 2000 by brothers Reginald and Jonathan Carr against several people in the city of Wichita, Kansas.

I didn't ask if it would do any good. I asked if you think she SHOULD be arrested.

And those monsters got punished. This woman who got a 14 year old boy killed for nothing, is still living and isn't getting any punishment. The only thing worse than a crime being committed is the perpetrator getting off free, without as much as an arrest. Nice try, but no cigar.
